Awww, I will miss our tiny airport and quick arrival and departure 😀
XNA approved a $78.78 million bid to build a two-level, 111,000-square-foot expansion on the west side of the terminal.
The project will add seven gates to the western concourse while removing two existing gates at Gate B, for a net gain of five. Construction will begin Sunday, Nov 1, with completion expected in spring 2029.
The expansion comes after XNA recorded its two highest months ever for passenger traffic. It is Arkansas’s busiest airport.
