We serve over 60 properties in Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana, Tennessee, and Colorado. Headquartered in Houston, Fidelis also has operating offices in Dallas, Texas, and Santa Fe, New Mexico, to better serve the properties in those regions. Recently, we added specialists and experts in healthcare and multifamily development, redevelopment, acquisition, and ownership. We believe these two areas work complementarily and synergistically with our retail property creation and ownership operations. Both healthcare and multifamily benefit from the convenient locations and amenities we create in our retail properties. It is a natural evolution to our business model and mutually beneficial to all three property types.
