Position will be part time but can quickly transition into full time for the right candidate. We are looking for someone to take care of the daily/weekly office activities which would include:

Transaction Reconciliation
Managing Calendars
Quick book transaction
Payroll
email correspondence
vendor communications
AP/AR

Looking for someone flexible, dependable and a self starter. This position will report to our office in Spring and we have a flexible schedule options.

-QuickBooks experience is a requirement
-Comfortable with Excel spread sheets and tracking
-Ability to pass background check
