Congrats to our sellers on this closing and building their forever home in Springboro ! This was one of the hard ones to close because the HOA company dropped the HUD approval right after we listed it. After some great backend work from the buyers lender( thank you Eric L Ranck) we got it closed. Thanks to everyone involved!!!!!
