We’ve had to halt progress on our historic commercial building due to some health issues, but feel hopeful as work finally starts up again. We promised Belle Fourche we would bring it back and despite several health challenges, K & K Teulu is back on it! Progress not perfection! Cadie here! I’ve been trying to find the right words to express our thanks to the Belle Fourche Beacon for including us in this weeks edition. We are so humbled to be a part of this great community we live in and for the opportunity to restore a big part of its history. To say we are owners of old homes or buildings truly isn’t adequate. More accurately, we are caretakers for a time, ensuring that our historic places continue to live on so that more memories can be made to forever echo on. We know we wouldn’t have gotten this far without the support of our community, tenants, and family. Thank you so much for all of the support!

We asked the community to vote on the color scheme and the As have it at 93 total votes! This will be the final color scheme for 615-617 State Street. Thank you so much, everyone, for voting and being an active part of the restoration process. It really is a community project as we all have to “live” with it 😉. We have an amazing community and I thank you for being involved. Colors are Sherwin Williams: White Snow, Rookwood Sash Green, Rookwood Terra Cotta, and Vintage Gold.
