Thinking about selling your home this spring? 🌷
The winter time is the perfect time to get your home ready to sell.
In this video, I’m sharing 3 things I’d recommend doing now so you’re not scrambling later.
1. Declutter and depersonalize.
When buyers tour a home, they want to be able to see the space and imagine themselves living there. Less is more. If it seems like you don’t have enough room for your stuff, they’ll question if it’s enough space for theirs.
2. Address that home repair to-do list.
yes, we all have that ever-growing list of home repairs we need to get to. But if you’re planning to list your home, you want to address them now. As buyers are walking through the house, they are making their checklist of things they’re worried about or things they need to fix.
As that list grows, what they’re willing to pay for your house will go down.
3. Paint
A fresh coat of paint will do wonders. It’s one of the best ROI for your home. Make sure to paint it a neutral color to appeal to more buyers.
