Inventory is still low, with demand outpacing supply. Despite the low inventory, we are not seeing a lot of offers that are significantly above asking price. In addition, we are seeing more buyers able to negotiate on items such as home inspections and appraisals, which they would have previously needed to limit or waive in the competitive 2022 market.
