Hello Friends and Family! I want to make an announcement! I have decided to move my real estate license over to Weigand Referral Company! I will still be able to help my customers find awesome agents but I wish to spend more of my time with family! Grandkids will do that to you. I will say that working with the Belle Plaine office under Cathy Sheets Brokerage has been a highlight of my real estate career. More specifically working on Rick Hopper’s Team has been a blessing over and over. J.P. Weigand & Sons Inc. , the Belle Plaine branch office, Cathy Sheets and the Rick Hopper Team are absolutely professional in every way. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! God is Good!

Hey Commercial real estate investors!! The state of Kansas is going to widen K42 from Wichita to the intersection of K42 and K 2 which is located just a couple miles East of Norwich KS.
