☀️One of the coolest local signs of summer is seeing the palm trees go up at Shakopee Bowl 😍🌴

Nothing feels more like summer than beach vibes, music, bowling, arcade games, outdoor sporting events, cold drinks...and trying to keep your kids from launching bowling balls directly into the gutter - or at eachother. 😂

Huge shoutout to Jamie at Shakopee Bowl for personally stopping by our office to get us set up with advertising and their summer fun brochures. That kind of local support and community connection means a lot to us.

If you’re looking for an easy family night, rainy day backup plan, birthday fun, or just an excuse to pretend you’re on vacation for a couple hours… this place is always a good time. 🌴☀️🎳

We had SO much fun meeting at the 5th Annual Belle Plaine Garden Group Seed Swap! 🌱☀️

The weather was perfect, and the event was fantastic - great turnout, endless seeds to choose from, local small business treasures to purchase, and tons of knowledge and inspiration to share for everyone. 🙌

We highly recommend saving those extra and unused seeds to share and keeping this on your radar for next year!
..if you need us, we'll either be selling houses or playing in the dirt with the kids 😅

The sun was absolutely glowing yesterday, and so was Justina! ✨️☀️ We celebrated our joint clients' closing on their home - and Justina's first official closing! 🥳

She did an excellent job assisting in representing our clients through the winter market, and I am so grateful her partnership and professionalism throughout this process.

We were able to get our clients into their new home seamlessly. 🙌

Justina gained some great experience as we worked through negotiating multiple agreements, inspection repairs, deadlines, checklists, and all of the moving parts behind the scenes that are so important and quietly operating in the background - all while our clients excitedly prepped for their move.

I'm so happy for our buyers, and incredibly grateful for their trust in the both of us. It's been such a fun team effort and as always, a little bittersweet as our clients move on from needing us regularly and happily settle into their great new place. 🩶🏠
