Left panel is a challenger panel that some electrician decided to add a 200a Eaton service disconnect. Then an Eaton deadfront. Thennnn spray painted the exterior and inside to hide the challenger marking. Thennnnnnn scratched off all the challenger markings on the breakers. 🤡🤡🤡🤡

Ohhhh how I love under home crawlspaces. 9/10 times I’ll find something pretty drastic. Like this one where the entire bathroom floor was rotted. Seller claimed to not know about this leak. One more bath they may have been in the crawlspace.
