I have lived here in Pinellas County, FL since 1981 and have developed a huge knowledge of Florida’s Suncoast. This plus my 38+ years of sales and negotiation experience gives me a huge advantage over most Realtors in our area. Although I have enjoyed a great sales career, it was my lifelong interest and love for real estate that eventually brought me to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. I chose Berkshire Hathaway because of their flawless reputation and World-Wide reach, but I quickly realized that their endless resources were just one of the reasons I made it into the “Million Dollar Club” within my first six months as a Realtor. My given name is Richard, but people have tagged me with several nicknames over the years. i.e., Rick, Ricky, Rich, RG, Elvis and Boomer, but my family and closest friends simply call me “Tricky”.
