Another set of keys was handed over, and this one means a little extra. 🔑🏡

Huge congratulations to my amazing buyers on the purchase of their beautiful new home at Ultimar III in Sand Key!

This wasn’t just another closing. These buyers were my very first clients, who trusted me as a brand-new agent over two years ago. Now they’ve trusted me again to help them find their forever home as they officially become full-time Florida residents. That kind of trust is something I’ll never take for granted.

There’s currently a county homebuyer assistance program that may provide up to $80,000 toward down payment and closing costs for qualified buyers.

The assistance is typically structured as a forgivable loan, meaning a portion is forgiven each year you live in the home — and after 5 years it can be fully forgiven.

For some people, this can make buying a home much more achievable than they thought.
