Closing day. Sometimes these are celebrated and other times, it's a time to pause and be thankful. After 51 years plus my parents have owned this home on Clearwater Beach. We will never look back questioning the decision as we were blessed with thousands of unbelievable memories, relationships and moments. Thanks to Mom and Dad for giving us the opportunity to grow up on the beach.

Congratulations to my friend Carmen and Maureen. Carmen has been golfing with me for the last 6 years and is 93 years old! He asked me to help him process a sale between him and his tenant on a condo. We were able to successfully negotiate a deal and after almost 2 months we were able to close. Congratulations to both.
