Jaime brings an impressive and diverse background in leadership, business operations, hospitality, entrepreneurship, and real estate. With more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, she has led corporate training initiatives, new-location development, and multi-unit operations across five states.

Her entrepreneurial experience adds another valuable dimension. Jaime co-founded and operated an award-winning cannabis dispensary, successfully growing and leading the business through the evolving medical and recreational markets before its sale after nine years.

A graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Jaime understands that successful business relationships are built on communication, trust, strategy, and exceptional service.

Today, she brings that same entrepreneurial spirit and business expertise to commercial real estate, helping investors, business owners, and property owners navigate opportunities and make informed decisions across Florida’s Gulf Coast.

Berkshire Hathaway agreed Sunday to buy Taylor Morrison, the nation's sixth largest homebuilder, for roughly $8.5 billion in cash, paying $72.50 per share, a 24% premium to the builder's May 29 closing price.
