Today is the FIRST official day of fall 🍂

Okay, I have to know… what’s your favorite part of fall? The weather, football, bonfires, decorating, or just being cozy at home?

Now for a little real estate talk…

Fall is a good reminder that the real estate market doesn’t simply slow down because summer is over. Here in Logan County, there are still buyers looking, sellers making moves, and new homes coming on the market.

One thing I think is important to remember is that real estate is not one-size-fits-all. The right price, how long a home may take to sell, and how much room there is for negotiation can all depend on the location, condition, price range, and what else is available at the time.

That’s why I always encourage buyers and sellers to look beyond the list price and pay attention to what is actually happening in the market around them.
