When you see a blinking yellow light in your designated municipal parking lot, this serves as official notice that vehicles must be removed by midnight.

🚗 Important Reminders:

Vehicles not removed by midnight will be towed at the owner’s expense.

If your designated lot is affected, you may park in another municipal lot or on the street for up to 24 hours.

Alternate side parking regulations remain in effect. Violations may result in a ticket.

🎄 Bellefonte Borough Courtesy Parking Program – Holiday Season 2025 🎄

At the Bellefonte Borough Council meeting held on January 20, 2025, Council approved the Courtesy Parking Program for the 2025 Holiday Season.

🚗 How the Program Works:
• The first time the Parking Enforcement Officer observes a vehicle with no time on the meter, a complimentary two-hour pass will be issued.
• On the officer’s second pass-through on the same day, if the two hours have expired and no time has been added, a parking ticket will be issued.

📅 Program Dates:
Thursday, November 27, 2025 (Thanksgiving Day) through
Thursday, January 1, 2026 (New Year’s Day)

Thanks to Bellefonte Borough Council, courtesy Holiday Season parking begins on Thanksgiving Day (November 29) through New Year’s Day (January 1) 🚗🎁

The first time the parking enforcement officer observes your car with no time on the meter, he will give you a complimentary pass of two hours. On his second pass through on that same day, and with no time on the meter and the two hours have passed, a ticket will be issued.
