A little news I haven’t shared yet… 🎉
A couple of months ago, I officially earned my Florida Broker’s License. It’s hard to believe I’m already heading into my 5th year in real estate. When I first got licensed, I remember reading that 87% of new real estate agents leave the business within five years. Instead of intimidating me, it motivated me. I was determined not to become another statistic.
My first year wasn’t glamorous. I spent hours every single day making cold calls, hearing “no” far more often than “yes,” learning through trial and error, and asking my broker more questions than she probably ever wanted to answer. 😂
But every conversation, every mistake, and every lesson helped me grow.
Looking back now, I’m incredibly grateful I stuck with it. This career has challenged me in ways I never expected, but it’s also given me the opportunity to help so many amazing families buy and sell their homes.
Earning my broker’s license isn’t the finish line—it’s another step toward becoming even more knowledgeable, providing an even better experience for my clients, and continuing to grow the business I love.
