🚨 OFFICIAL PERFORMANCE REVIEW: WALLY – DAY 1 🚨

✅ Made friends with everyone.
✅ Sat in on important meetings.
✅ Reviewed transactions.
✅ Boosted office morale.
✅ Took a couple of "mandatory" naps.

Still hasn't learned how to answer the phone, write contracts, or show houses... but somehow he's already Employee of the Month (sorry Renae). 🤷‍♂️🐶

I'd say his first day was a success.

What you don't always see are the hours spent behind the scenes—answering calls, negotiating contracts, solving problems, coordinating inspections, researching properties, and doing whatever it takes to get our clients to the closing table.

After a lengthy and extremely competitive hiring process, Land Home & Farm is excited to announce our newest team member.

The interview committee reviewed several qualified candidates, but one applicant separated himself from the pack. His enthusiasm was unmatched, his attitude was outstanding, and he was the only one willing to accept payment entirely in snacks.

Please welcome Wally — our new Director of Community Relations.

Responsibilities will include:
🐾 Meeting our friends and neighbors
🐾 Inspecting local parks and walking trails
🐾 Visiting our favorite small-town businesses
🐾 Reminding everyone that “home” is more than four walls

His paperwork skills are questionable, and we’re still working through the “sleeping during office hours” policy… but we believe he represents everything Land Home & Farm loves about the communities we serve.

Wally officially reports for duty Tuesday.

Get ready… Wally’s World is coming. 🌎🐾 Through Wally’s World, he’ll be hitting the road with us to explore the communities we serve — visiting local businesses, meeting our neighbors, finding dog-friendly spots, and sharing the stories that make small-town living special.
