Part-Time Maintenance Technician – Belleville, Kansas
Location: Belleville, KS
Position Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Flexible; approximately25–29 hours per week (depending on property needs)

Overview
We are seeking a reliable, skilled Maintenance Technician to support daily and preventative maintenance needs at our Belleville property. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work, communicates clearly, and can troubleshoot issues independently.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting, carpentry, painting, etc.)

Complete work orders promptly and professionally

Conduct property inspections and identify maintenance needs

Assist with make‑ready tasks, unit turns, and general upkeep

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Communicate effectively with management regarding repairs, supplies, and safety concerns

Respond to occasional after‑hours emergencies (if available)

Qualifications

Previous maintenance experience preferred

Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Compensation

Competitive hourly pay based on experience

Mileage reimbursement (if applicable)

Opportunity for additional hours during high‑need periods
