🏡 OMAHA AREA REAL ESTATE MARKET UPDATE | SEPTEMBER 2026 STATS 📊

As we head into October, the Omaha area housing market is shifting, but opportunities remain for BOTH buyers and sellers!

📉 Buyer activity is slowing: Closed sales dropped 12% compared to last September, giving some buyers more room to negotiate.

📈 Home values remain strong: Despite fewer sales, the median home price increased 2.8% year over year!

🏠 Inventory is still limited: With 2,666 homes available for sale, inventory is down 5.6% from last year, helping support home values.

⏰ Homes are still moving: Properties averaged just 23 days on the market before receiving an accepted offer.
