This house in Redmond is at a great location, but floor plan has an issue. Even after remodel, it will not sell at a great price. It was a rental for 22 years and owner has taken plenty of depreciation out of it. I did not list this home. Instead, I found a builder who paid CASH of $1.3 million without Seller having to do anything, not even cleaning! Every property has its target buyer.
