I scheduled my Prep class for this next weekend when I was taking the real estate classes. But I scheduled my Texas State exam for this Sunday when I was in Mexico just to get it done and out of the way.

Coming back from a 2 week vacation from Mexico and not studying, I was sure I would have not passed the exam. I guess it is time to cancel the prep class since I would be needing it anymore.

With God's grace, I am now a Real Estate Agent in Washington State and Texas. I can make referrals for Real Estate Agents in other states and get a referral fee. I would love to help anyone that would like to buy or sell their home in either state. I am willing to travel. With God's grace, my next goal is to get my International Real Estate Agent license.

I am looking forward to what God has in store for me and my family!!

Not sure what this administration is thinking that they can fix a housing problem by punishing the people that have worked hard to get their credit score high enough to make sure they get the best pricing to buy their home and they saved enough money to get it. Now we are being punished for achieving this goal.

They will be increasing our mortgage payments by $60 a month for those buyers so subsidize to lower the fees for people that have not achieved saving money and their credit score is below. This is ridiculous.

The administration's new rule will reduce mortgage fees for riskier borrowers but will be subsidized by borrowers with higher credit scores.
