This week’s Market Update...
The last 9 months started with the shock of a shut down and then turned into the busiest real estate market probably in this century fueled, in part, by the lowest interest rates in history.
Coldwell Banker Bain Real Estate average sales price for the areas we serve are up by 12% over the same period in 2019.
