A little update on our building!🍣🐈‍⬛

A little update with a cute picture of a kitty from our other cat cafe - Pawffee Shop Cat Cafe.🐈‍⬛

We are getting very close to beginning construction! Our lumber was ordered today! 🪵 Thanks to Smet Construction Services - who ordered ASAP when they found out lumber prices would be going back up due to the hurricane. They have taken very good care of us, and our budget!❤️

Leases are being signed this week for the commercial units, minus one that’s currently available at 500 sq ft. 😉 We can’t wait to officially introduce the other tenants!

The pet-friendly apartments are not yet leasing, but you can follow Rose Lofts for updates on when they will be available to claim! 🐕
