One of my favorite types of homes to sell 🤩✌️🎉

This 1914, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom was sold to a wonderful young couple who had just weeks to get into something new before their lease was up. We got under our Buyer Brokerage Agreement on Thursday and was under contract on this cutie by Wednesday!! Making it the fastest turn around in my career so far. They knew walking in she was the one, and we were able to negotiate down in purchase price - twice, get them a sellers credit, and closed in 3 weeks!

Everyone was on their game - between buyers, sellers, brokers, lender, title and escrow - I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome for them and everyone. I swung by today and they’ve already started painting and freshening up the place. I can already tell this home is going to be stunning 🤩🙌🏡🎉🫶🙌🥳🍾

Whenever I look at this home I’ll get an imagine of my buyers out front hauling their stuff in from their cars with less than 10 minutes of keys in hands. All with BIG ol’ smiles on each one of their faces. I haven’t had a chance to see a client move their belongings home before. Usually clients move into their new house some time after closing but these guys are military and this type of move is common. Their faces were lite up with excitement, they’re in a new home, a new city, and at a new duty station! Together!!

The fact that they trusted me in this process was such an honor. Bought sight unseen (physically at least), along with lots of videos, phone calls, and emails. I won’t get into what they’ve endured this last year, but they deserve every single moment of this! Brand new home and very first owners! Proud I get to continue to serve our veterans, especially here where I call home in our great state of Washington - Welcome to the PNW 🏡🎉🔑🇺🇸⚓️🏴‍☠️📦🚛🏔️🌊

The best way to spread Christmas cheer is … cookies!🎄🍪

Had the chance to collab with a good friend of mine, Allison who made the most beautiful Christmas Cookies that I was able to share with family and friends this season. We also kept a few cookies from the batch at home but they didn’t last long … 😂🎄♥️🎁🍪🥰
