One of the reasons my clients trust me is because I tell them no.

A lot.

Not every beautiful home is a good investment.

Not every property is healthy.

Not every piece of land supports the life someone is trying to build.

When evaluating a property, I look beyond the staging, marketing, and asking price.

I ask questions like:

• What materials was the home built with?
• Has there been water intrusion or mold?
• Can you get and keep insurance?
• How much natural light does the property receive?
• Is there a safe evacuation route during fire season?
• Are the trees and landscape protective or a liability?
• What actually justifies the asking price?
• Is the property built with integrity and respect for the land it sits on?

It’s how a space makes your body feel.

I offer private consultations for homeowners, buyers, agents, and custom home projects through a nervous system and wellness lens - helping create environments that feel restorative, grounded, emotionally supportive, and energetically aligned to the people living in them.

A lot of the time, they lose them because their nervous system is overloaded.

Pressure changes perception.
It changes timing.
Communication.
Decision-making.
Follow through.

When your system is dysregulated, you react instead of lead.

Real estate is one of the highest stress industries there is.
Constant pressure.

The future of luxury homes is not just views, square footage, or finishes.

It’s how the home makes your body feel.

More homeowners are starting to ask deeper questions when designing or renovating a home:

Is the air moving properly through the space?
Is the lighting supporting sleep and circadian rhythm?
Are the materials healthy and non-toxic?
Does the environment feel calm and supportive to the nervous system?

This is where I come in.

I work with homeowners, architects, and builders as a nervous system home consultant, helping guide custom builds and renovations so the home supports the people living in it.

Part of my work is highly practical - understanding lighting, materials, air quality, and environmental health.

But another part of my work is intuitive.
