Today doing an inspection for my buyer who closes in 2 weeks on this new home in Kokanee Estates by Richmond American Homes in Lake Stevens, WA.

Builders in the Northwest want to deliver a good home to you. There’s a long punchlist of items to deliver a home right. Having an inspection done by the Buyer ensures the builder gets a complete punchlist to tackle before closing. A lot of buyers rely on the warranty to fix these items.
