There’s something especially rewarding about helping repeat clients not only buy a home, but make smart decisions while they own it, too. Matt and Cortney purchased this home with me in 2023, knowing from the beginning that it likely wouldn’t be their forever home.

I had the opportunity to step into this listing alongside my colleague DeeAnn Roundy after it had been on the market for some time.
