My client wanted the full suite of services. I managed contractors, stagers, landscaping, dump runs, moving and selling items and even financially covered majority of the all the above per my value offerings to my sellers.

There was a ton to do. She handed me the keys and left. In one month we were on the market. It matters who you work with. I'm blessed she put her faith and trust in me.

Two days of viewings. Once we were live we had non-stop, back to back viewings. With the multiple offers, clients were happy to accept early in the process and be done so fast. Congratulations to everyone!

Congrats to my partner agent who helped me bring this one to a close and to our wonderful buyer who stayed with us for 4 months of negotiations! During their hunt, we bid on multiple off market homes only to come back to this home (first one we tried to win for them) to bring home the win where we had started!

The seller was one tough cookie, took us many months of discussions, staying top of mind, combing continuous market data and updates to ensure they felt good about the transaction. Everyone walked away feeling like a winner!
