The biggest advice I can give you in this shifting market is to get educated and lean on the experts. There is a lot going on and it can be overwhelming but there's no need for you to go at it alone. If you're concerned about rates and how this can affect your home buying journey talk to an expert and don't let It put you out of the game on making one of the best investments for your future.

If you want to have financial freedom later on in life, start making long-term investments as soon as possible.

We've been receiving a lot of texts 📱 from clients about the rising rates and we definitely agree that it's frustrating to have to pay more... However, ☝🏼 there is a purpose for it.

The rise in rates is to help level out the market by decreasing ⬇️ the number of buyers, which in turn decreases the competition (i.e multiple offers, waiving of contingencies, wild and crazy offers, etc)

So, while it may be hard right now it will ultimately lead to an easier market for you to purchase in. 🙌🏼 If you have any other questions or concerns about where the market is going don't hesitate in reaching out.
