🔥BOOM! Congrats to our buyers for landing this adorable little cabin on 10 acres in Yelm last week! We actually met these buyers on a flight to Denver in December of 2024. Sky struck up a conversation and won them over for us ❤️

They had very particular needs. Lots of natural wood, acreage, garden space and within an hour of Lacey to be near family. We started viewing properties with them in August last year and showed them over 35 homes until we toured this little cutie. We knew it the moment we drove through the gate. This one was different. We were at the home for just over 2 hours and they said, "this is the one!" Saturday night we wrote it up and by Sunday afternoon we were Mutual!

What's better than selling a 2nd home to your best buddy? Not much! A HUGE congrats to DJ for going mutual on this little cutie in Gold Bar! After selling him his 1st home in 2021, DJ had a great goal in mind. Start buying homes and build his real estate portfolio. Well he's done it, and we could not be happier for him! Soon he will have a new home to move into and a rental right down the street. How cool is that!!

We are beyond stoked for your buyers for closing on their very first beach vacation home this week! These guys had big dreams - They wanted a home within a few hours of their primary residence that they could reach by boat. We scoured listings and booked tours from Blaine to Shelton until we found the perfect home they could literally park their boat right outside!! We even secured them over $8,000 in seller concessions and handed the keys over to these very happy clients on Thursday. If there is one thing we love more than selling homes, it's selling beach homes!
