Closing out the week with a round of congratulations to my buyer and seller! My buyer wanted to find an income producing property where he could still live in the home, so we focused on getting a duplex where he can live in one of the units while renting out the other subsidizing his mortgage payments. My seller closed on his Lynnwood sale where we utilized Compass’ new Buyer Demand tool to figure out what price we should make an adjustment to for reaching higher demand levels, and after we made the improvement, quickly secured a buyer at the new adjusted price. 🙌🏼

Congratulations to my two sellers and buyer!! 🎉

My first Renton sellers successfully closed on their home that they originally had purchased with me several years back. Homes are sitting a little longer than they were back at the beginning of the year, so we had to wait for the right buyer. In the end, it all worked out 😊

My second Renton sellers successfully closed on their townhome after being on market for 8 days. .

My Everett Buyer is an investor who I’ve worked with before and they went under contract on a duplex that they plan to live in one unit and rent out the other unit. Great way to obtain a primary residence loan for lower interest rates and have a tenant help pay for the mortgage.
