Today, we remember.

We remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001. We honor the first responders, service members, families, and everyday people whose courage and sacrifice were witnessed that day and in the years that followed.

As a veteran, service and sacrifice will always hold a special meaning for me. Today is a reminder of the strength we can find in one another, the importance of standing together, and the responsibility to never forget.

May we continue to honor their memory, not only with our words, but through how we serve, support, and care for one another.

Some closings are memorable for the transaction.

Others are memorable for the people.

We celebrated the successful sale of her Bremerton home the only way we could—virtually.

She raised a shot from Arizona, and I raised one in Ohio.

One home.
Three states.
One unforgettable closing.

What began with a home in Washington ended with two people, hundreds of miles apart, celebrating the same milestone together.

One of the things I love most about this profession is that it isn't defined by distance. Whether my clients are across town or across the country, my commitment remains the same—to guide them with honesty, communicate every step of the way, and help them reach the closing table with confidence.
