2024 🐤 206 Real Seattle—Eastside Market Recap🐤
Sarah and our team were busy closing 13 homes last year—from new construction in Port Orchard to waterfront condos in downtown Bellevue to view houses in Somerset.
Most all were very hands-on pre-listing projects including roofs, hardwood floor installs, bathroom remodels, kitchen glow-ups, driveways, paint, landscaping, plumbing & electrical repairs and complimentary staging by .
We are currently working on four exciting pre-listing house prep projects in West Seattle, Ballard, Woodinville, Magnuson Park and are currently scheduling out for spring and summer. Is this your year to make a move?
My predictions for the 2025 residential market? I believe a repeat of 2024 conditions with an equation of a healthy local economy, super low inventory (due to owners not wanting to give up interest rates) and annual appreciation remaining around 7% depending on your neighborhood. We are still delivering our sellers multiple offers and escalated prices as buyers are appreciative of our turn-key houses and are willing to pay a premium to buy a home that they can close on a Friday and move into the next day.
