1. Will I answer my phone if you call or text? Without question. I realize this is one of the major frustrations the general public has with dealing with agents. I get dozens of calls and emails daily, and I work hard to reply as quickly as possible.


2. I’ve met many Realtors who are jerks. Are ​you? Depends on who you ask. If you ask certain agents who have stood between my clients and their real estate goals, they'll probably say "yes". A handful of people think I leave golden footprints in the sand. Those are the two extremes, and most people's opinion falls somewhere in the middle. Here's what I can tell you:
I'm honest and candid. I take pride in being approachable, friendly and thoughtful. If you need a sharp real estate brain, or a strong dose of honesty, you’re in the right place. Loyalty to family, clients, and friends is one of my core values. Want to really find out if I’m a jerk? Mess with one of those people. ;)


3. Do you have experience doing exactly what I need? Until you tell me what you need, there is no way of knowing. But these are a few "strong suits" of mine:

- Marketing and selling luxury properties (Single Family and Condominium) on the greater Eastside
- Representing buyers in a stiff seller's market (Single Family and Condominium) in Seattle and the Eastside
- Working with buyers relocating to the area
- Assisting clients at every price point make their desired lifestyle change (Want a waterfront view? More space in the mountains? Downsizing to an urban high-rise condo? It's tricky, but I'll make it easy and make it happen)

4. What kind of work are you really good at? On a personal level, I'm pretty good at cooking healthful foods and I'm not too bad at singing too! On a professional level, here are the skill-sets that I’ve developed over the years:

- Listening. Unfortunately, it’s a lost art these days
- "Being there" when you need me. It will happen...many times.
- Interpereting market data to real, usable information you can use to make important decisions
- Staging my listings to sell at top dollar
- Negotiating (I'm a Certified Negotiation Expert). I've got many tricks up my sleeve!
- Creatively navigating each unique situation (I was a Peace Corps Volunteer- trust me on this one ;) )

I survived 13.1 miles of vertical disrespect at the Whidbey Island Half Marathon aka Hilly Hellscape Half.

This course was Brutal!! And still only the second hardest thing I’ve ever done- shoutout to unmedicated childbirths for being the hype girl we needed to carry us up those dastardly hills 💀.

On Friday Coldwell Banker awarded me for my work in 2025 and it still feels a little surreal. Real estate is this odd blend of crisis negotiation, therapy, detective work, and searching for the fireplace remote that *definitely* existed during the showing — so seeing it all add up to something like this again is pretty special.

I’m so grateful for the people who trust me with their largest assets & sanity, the team that keeps everything running behind the scenes and my colleagues on the other side who work with the utmost professionalism. None of this happens in a vacuum.

What I’ve learned is that the best conversations usually start with, “Okay, this might sound odd, but…” Those unexpected questions tend to lead to the biggest breakthroughs.

So if you’ve been quietly wondering about your next step — even if it feels too early, too complicated, or too hypothetical — I’m always open to talking it through.

Here’s to another year of surprises, solutions, and a few more moments that make me pause and think, “Wow… we really did that.

I recently returned from another negotiation training led by top FBI and police negotiators in Louisville, KY. This time it was a summit that included all of the masterminds at Chris Voss's teaching and molding us - and it was incredible.

Whether I'm learning a new skill, honing my 'tools' or adding to my knowledge base, I seek out the most validated methods and resources to learn from, which typically leads me outside of my industry. And that was the case here too. 7 years ago when I was ready to level up my communication and negotiation skills I found the ( now world famous) book written by Chris Voss, former FBI international hostage negotiator (of 20 years). I took careful notes and started implementing the skills immediately. I am continually blown away by the power and effectiveness of this language along with how simple and intuitive it is to utilize what we know about human nature.

BUT- It takes practice. So much practice! Along with feedback from a negotiation language master. So I continue to study in person with the best so that I can become better every year. I also have an accountability partner whom I talk with every week. Its a huge investment and commitment to become more like the best...and it's well worth it.

In the end the clients get the benefit of my investments into this craft and I get to Go to sleep every night knowing I did the absolute best for them .
