"I started my home search in the PNW 2 days before Christmas. I figured that the earliest response I would get wouldn't be for another week. Was I wrong! Ed responded the same day I contacted him and by the next week he was showing me the houses I was interested in. He knows the safety protocols and we followed them in each visit. Just as important, his insight of the market and knowledge of the area helped me send out competitive offers. Our homes perform many funtions these days ~ home, gym, classroom, yoga studio and last but not least home office. If you are trying to sell your home, you should stage your home office since many will be working from home for the foreseeable future.
~ remove personal touches
~ remove college degrees
~ remove unruly cords or anything that looks untidy
~ protect privacy and security by removing any work swag
~ do not display any political signs or stickers
