Here are a few key areas to watch:
🚩 Cracks in the foundation: These could indicate structural issues that can be expensive to fix.
🚩 Flickering lights or outdated wiring: Outdated electrical systems are a fire hazard and can't handle modern appliances.
🚩 Missing or damaged shingles: Major roof damage can lead to leaks and water damage throughout the house.
