Growing up with a cabin on Hood Canal, I became familiar with waterfront & all the various nuances & considerations that one must know about water front real estate if a client is interested in buying or selling waterfront property. About my diverse background . . . . . . . I have a very diverse background in terms of education and experiences in addition to my real estate background which are well tailored to serving my clients. I have a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering and I have 38 years experience leading very technical teams in the aerospace industry. I have 25 years of stewardship based leadership & organization development team building. I am most noted for building interpersonal high-power & self-empowered teams. In earlier years I’ve had extensive hands-on experience in building & fabrication that range from being a journeyman welder manufacturing Kenworth semi-trucks, fabrication of build-to-print products, and the fabrication, installation, and maintenance of material handling equipment. I also have hands-on experience with most every trade involved in building or modifying homes. So I am very proficient in by ability to identify concerns & material defects that may be present in homes. I have 13 years of high-level ski instruction. I am a Professional Ski Instructor of America (PSIA) Level-III instructor and have had the honor as serving on the Divisional Clinic Leader Team. I’ve been one of the Technical Directors for Alpental Ski School, served on the Education Development & Implementation Board, and been one of the Leaders for PSIA development and certification at Alpental Ski School. I’m an active member of one of our community’s most active and growing leadership programs; Leadership Eastside (www.leadershipeastside.com). I’m currently serving on the Alumni & Membership Boards in addition to actively serving my community. I’ve been a resident of the Greater Eastside for most of my life and I’m proud to serve my client’s buying, selling, & real estate investing needs.
