One of the most rewarding parts of my work is helping clients feel confident and comfortable throughout the home-buying process, not simply getting them to the closing table.

For this couple, communication was especially important because English and Japanese are both part of their everyday lives. I communicated with the husband in English while taking the time to explain the process, documents, and important details to his wife in Japanese. My goal was to make sure that both of them understood what was happening and felt equally comfortable asking questions and making decisions.
