アメリカで家を探し始めると、
「アスベスト」という言葉を耳にすることがあると思います。

危険と聞くと、
「古い家はやめた方がいいのでは？」
と不安に感じる方も多くいらっしゃいます。それは最もな反応ですよね。

でも実際には、
アスベストがある＝すぐに危険な家
というわけではありません。

大切なのは、
・なぜ危険と言われているのか
・どんなときにリスクがあるのか
・住宅購入の際に何を知っておけばよいのか

を正しく理解することです。

特に、古い住宅が多いSeattle周辺では、
アスベストは決して珍しいものではなく、
住人のほとんどの方々は、正しく把握し、適切な対処をしながら住まれてます（アスベストについて何の知識もなく住まれているかたも多いのが現状だと思います。）

今回の投稿では、
住宅購入の際に知っておきたい

CLOSED on Capitol Hill (Seattle)!!

My wonderful clients came from out of state, and working with them was truly a joy from start to finish. I’m so thrilled they found a home that checked nearly every box on their wish list, and then some.
