Whenever I take friends and clients out on the boat, I always get questions like, “Who owns that house?” or “Where did Russell Wilson live?”
Well, we happened to be anchored right in front of Russell Wilson and Ciara’s former Lake Washington home.

They purchased the property in 2015 for $6.7 million and sold it in 2024 for $28 million. That’s quite a return in just nine years. 😳

They also purchased the neighboring vacant parcel in 2019 for $6.7 million and later sold it for $9.75 million.

And beyond the numbers? The location is hard to beat—west-facing on Lake Washington with incredible views and waterfront living.

Apparently, if real estate ever stops working out, car broker might be my backup career. I do love cars…but I think I’ll stick with houses. 😉

I also asked how “high maintenance” I am as a broker in the office.
Answer: 1 out of 10.

The Eastside tipped into a buyer’s market in September as inventory levels climbed to 4.1 months. The median residential sold price fell to $1,425,000, down 1% from August and 10% from the same time last year.
