The April numbers for West Bellevue condos sales are in, and we are seeing some of the same statistical trends as in the broader real estate market. Geopolitical uncertainty and a related uptick in interest rates have resulted in a slower pace of sales, higher levels of inventory, and longer market times compared to last month and last year. Sales pricing actually strengthened a bit compared to March (up 5% on a price per square foot basis), but it softened compared to last year at this time (down 11% on a price per square foot basis).
