This journey to closing was filled with unexpected challenges, but persistence, teamwork, and determination turned a tough situation into a true success story.
In October, my client went under contract on this property. Everything seemed on track until the lender we were under contract with informed us that they could not proceed.
Something about the situation didn’t sit right with me.
With nearly 10 years of experience in real estate, I knew there had to be a way to make this work. I encouraged my client to seek a second opinion, then a third, and even a fourth. Each lender could not could not find a strategy or product that would work.
Still, I believed in the strength of my client’s file.
Thankfully, the seller granted us extensions, and we turned to my preferred lender (who I recommended initially, but my client was unable to make the connection.)
Nevertheless, Jessica’s reputation for delivering results is unmatched, and when she and her team stepped in and analyzed the file, everything began to fall into place.
