A few years later I purchased another house in a terrific neighborhood and have been in this one for nearly 25 years, raising our two children. My motto: “Your home; My purpose.”

I work with new to the area buyers, first time home buyers, move up buyers, new construction buyers, and investors alongside with sellers who are downsizing, leaving the area, or settling an estate. Both sides have unique requirements and I enjoy working with them both and each and every situation is different and has its own merits. I will provide customized guidance, counseling, referrals, detailed follow-up, and provide continuity for you through the entire process. I grew up on the Eastside of Seattle which gives me a seasoned perspective on nearly all the neighborhoods and what they have to offer to help clients find their “place in the world”.
