Today I'm donating 40 pies, from my cancelled Pies for Pounds event, to the Issaquah Food Bank. I told you that I'd donate 5lbs of food for every pie that I gave away, so next month I'll also be be donating 200lbs of food!

I’m excited to be able to give you the most up to date info in this tumultuous time.

On Monday March 16th, the NWMLS disabled the open house notification feature in the database. This means that potential buyers can no longer find open houses online.

Our Property Launch marketing system relies on countdown timer pages and targeted Facebook marketing to generate buyer interest, alerting them to open houses, new inventory or offer review dates. We have improved our system to include new Virtual Open Houses with Facebook live video tours and links to our 3D Virtual Tours to generate interest in lieu of open houses.

Innovation will overcome! Traffic with motivated buyers has remained firm and we are still seeing houses go pending this week.

Due to record low inventory, I’m advising clients to use my property launch process to count down to an offer review date to generate maximum exposure and interest. This has been delivering more situations with multiple offers, higher sales prices and fewer inspection concessions.
