🏡 Residential inventory: 4.1 months, up 49% year over year
🏢 Condo inventory: 5.2 months, up 28%
📉 Residential pending sales: down 17%
💰 Residential median price: $1,425,000, down 10%
🏢 Condo sales: down 20%, with the median price at $600,000, down 18%
