heir home in the best way to receive a premium price, with the fewest number of contingencies and in the least amount of time. This helps provide the highest amount of stability for sellers with the best possible outcome. With buyers, Kurt begins with meeting for a buyer’s consultation so they learn everything they need to know about purchasing a home. This includes an in-depth analysis of their buying needs, discussing the current market and how it affects them, what to expect next and developing a plan moving forward to find the home of their dreams. As a native to this area, Kurt loves the great Northwest! He grew up in Kent and has lived in Bellevue, Sammamish and Renton and has never thought of leaving. He attended Highline Community College and then graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a Business minor from Seattle Pacific University. After graduating from college, Kurt spent over a decade in social work as a Foster/Adopt Caseworker for a local non-profit adoption agency. Sensing it was time for a change, in 2005 he transitioned into real estate. Kurt is also married to his lovely wife Lisa and lives in Renton. In his free time he’s an avid Seahawks, Mariners and Huskies fan. He attends church on Sundays and enjoys spending time with friends and family on the weekends and evenings. He’s had the privilege of traveling to Kenya, Uganda, Egypt, South Africa, Peru, the Dominican Republic, Israel, Jordon and England, many as short-term mission trips. His various travels have helped him understand different cultures to a greater extent and see the world from a variety of “lenses”. On the trip to Uganda he was involved with meeting a number of local missionaries for the possibility of partnering in their causes. After much thought and prayer, his church decided to commit to some amazing people who work with widows and orphans to help empower them in their challenging circumstances.
