While a slow moving process, mortgage rates continue to average slightly lower as we move into the summer season. In May, the 30-year fixed-rate mortgage fell below 7% for the first time in a month. Rates continue to fluxuate from week to week, but seeing them drop, even slowly, is exciting news!
