Shannon Fowler joined Land Title and Escrow in May 2016, bringing with her a rich 26-year background in retail customer service. Though entering the title and escrow industry meant learning a completely new language, Shannon rose to the challenge, advancing from courier to receptionist, and ultimately to her current role as Title Assistant. Shannon’s approach to her work is simple and authentic: she genuinely loves people and thrives on helping others. Because clearing these decades-old agreements can take weeks of research, opening a preliminary title report before you list is the best way to protect your closing date. This is a great reminder to always open a preliminary title report before you list. Give your title team the time to find and fix these hidden “ghosts” so your closing stays on schedule! 🏠
