This week's spotlight goes out to Title Assistant, Kiki Vedders, at CW Wenatchee! 🎉

With over 30 years of industry experience, Kiki brings exceptional service and deep market knowledge to her role as Title Assistant at CW Title & Escrow. She began her career in 1993 as a receptionist at a real estate office in Lynnwood, Washington, before moving to a different title company in a customer service role, where she also met her husband. Aside from an eight-year break supporting her daughter’s school district, Kiki has spent her entire career in real estate and title services, joining CW Title in July 2024.

This week's spotlight goes out to Escrow Officer and LPO, Jessica Emery, at WLT Bellingham!

Jessica Emery brings 26 years of dedicated title and escrow experience to her role as an Escrow Closer and Limited Practice Officer (LPO) at Whatcom Land Title. Her career spans virtually every corner of the industry. She began in the title department preparing exams, assisting with deliveries, and supporting reception before moving into escrow as an assistant and junior closer. Having mastered every step of the escrow process, Jessica earned her LPO license in 2019 and continues to serve clients at WLT, where she first joined the team in 2015.

Congratulations to Jessica for taking on her new role as Escrow Closer at our Bellingham branch! Thank you for your incredible dedication to our clients across Whatcom County.
