Eastside June 2026 Stats - May saw months of supply reach their highest levels in a decade on the Eastside, contributing to a growing market balance. Even so, demand for well-priced homes remained steady. The median sold price settled at $1.51M, down 6% from April and 8% year over year, though still in line with norms over the past five years.
