Poets Cove Update.
6 new homes complete. 6 happy homeowners have moved in....
Now on to the final build in the project. The restoration of the Bartelson Homestead house -originally constructed in 1884. Legacy Homes is renewing the home from the studs out. The build follows the strict guidelines set by the City of Bothell's Landmark Preservation Board. The exterior aesthetics of the original build are to be replicated exactly as it was done more than 135 years ago.

A big day for Legacy Homes today. Lake Washington Waterfront on Mercer island. More than 2 years to under construction. Was it worth the wait....Absolutely! The home is open to the public from 12:00-6:30 today everyone is welcome stop by to say hi!

We are in the final stretch on lot 4 at The Enclave at East Cove on Mercer Island! Interior brick, millwork accents (nickel gap T&G on the main floor ceiling in pic) and landscape work all underway. This waterfront estate is off market but available for sale! Completion expected late summer.

Lot 6 at Simonds Court closed yesterday! That is 7 of 7 homes completed in the neighborhood.
The floor plan is an evolution of the first home that Legacy Homes built at Hawthorne Glen back in 2009. It has been built a total of 11 times through the years and began at 2213 sq ft grew to 2499 and the latest version is 2593. On to The Oasis an 8 home community just a few minutes away in Kenmore!!
